This is a bushwacker song. Bushwackers were originally guerilla fighters on the side of the Confederacy in the American Civil War.
The English lyrics speak for any man or woman who feel they have suffered wrongs that drive them to take the law into their own hands. The opposing voice in Saki's part warns the vigilante that judgement rests with God alone; in this case the name of God is Allah.
lyrics
Judgement Day
Took my little daughter upon my knee
To tell her all about the way they treated me
Had to fold my arms slowly walk away
Thinking in my mind trouble gonna come to you someday
Rollin’ and a-tumblin’ cryin’ all night long
Thinking all about those who done me wrong
Early in the morning came a knockin’ at my door
I said “hello Satan, I believe it’s time to go”
Me and the Devil walking side by side
Me and that old Evil Spirit looking for a bus to ride
Cos I took possession over Judgement Day
And I’m taking away the right of you to pray
